The upgraded balcony room was lovely with a separate sitting area. Conveniently located close to the train station and a supermarket. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with the best cappuccino in Italy. Short distance to the main part of Florence.

The hotel's location is not in the city center but still close enough to all the major attractions. It takes only 15-20 minutes to reach the city center on foot, making it convenient for exploring. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered in the morning is varied and delicious, with a buffet of cereals, croissants, cold cuts, yoghurts. Additionally, the hotel has parking spaces for cars and even rents bicycles to guests.
One downside mentioned by guests is that some rooms facing the street can suffer from street noise, which might be bothersome for light sleepers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with clean and cozy rooms. The hotel facilities were great, with a private balcony in the room. The location next to a small river in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. Transportation was convenient, with the center and bus stations just around the corner. The hotel's value for money is incredible. For just 60 Euros, we got a room with a private balcony and three single beds abreast. The basic amenities provided were more than enough to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location, although on a busy one-way street following an old canal, was still relatively quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast, including barista-made coffee, was a pleasant start to the day.

I recently stayed in a hotel in a little bit offbeat area of a beautiful Italian city. The hotel was located on a busy one-way street following an old canal, which added to the charm of the surroundings. Despite its location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
